One, single serving of funfetti cake with a funfetti frosting!

1/3 cup milk of choice, 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/4 cup egg whites, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp almond extract, 4 packets Stevia, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 cup coconut flour (or cake flour), 1/2 tsp baking powder, sprinkles

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, sprinkles
