Egg Omlette contains a lot of Oil in it. This dish can be used as an alternate for omlette with less oil and can be used as best side dish for dal rice and chapatis.

Big sized Onion- 1( Chopped)
mustard seeds-1 tsp
urad dal- 1tsp
Oil- 2tbsp
Salt- to taste
Boiled eggs-3
Chilli powder-1tbsp
Corriander powder-1/2 tbsp
garam masala- 1tsp
turmeric- 1tsp
curry leaves-few for aroma

In a pan add oil and allow it to heat for few seconds. Then add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. Allow it to splutter till the urad dal becomes light brown color. Then add the chopped onions in it. Fry the onion till it takes golden color. Then add turmeric, salt , chilly powder and corriander powder in it. After 10 mins add the boiled eggs in it and mix it well. Make sure that the egg doesn\\\'t gets smashed. Now the Onion egg fry is ready to serve.
