Onion Soup Mix

Instead of paying a fortune for those little packages of onion soup mix, you can make it for pennies at home.

4
2/3 cup dehydrated chopped onions

½ cup beef bouillon (my favorite is Shirley J)

½ c. dehydrated butter

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 teaspoons onion powder (not onion salt)

2 teaspoons parsley flakes
Mix it all up and store it in an airtight container. I store mine in a mason jar. Use three tablespoons of homemade onion soup mix for one packet of store bought onion soup mix.
