Ooey Gooey Salted Caramel Shortbread bars

Shorbread. Caramel. Salt. I literally couldn't stop eating these. Prepare at your own risk....

Crust:
1 LB butter (YES – ONE POUND of butter)
1 C. sugar
1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
2 TB vanilla
4 C. flour

Caramel:
1 C. brown sugar
1 cube butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
Crust: Combine – beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add other ingredients. SPRAY the bottom of a 9×13 pan and spread 1/3 of the mixture. Bake at 325 for 20 – 25 minutes or until outside edges...
