Ooh-La-La Instant-Pot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Old-fashioned oatmeal cooked with tart Granny Smith apples and spiced up with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and brown sugar; a healthy breakfast staple from my home to yours.

1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup no-sugar added apple juice
½ cup milk
¾ cup water
1 apple, peeled and cut into ¼ - ½ inch cubes
1 ¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
3 Tbsp brown sugar (you can use less, just depends on your sweetness preference)
1 Tbsp butter, optional
Peel and core the apples; cut them into ¼ - ½ inch pieces. Throw everything in the Insta-Pot and stir. Close lid, turn vent knob to “Sealing”; press “Manual” which is the high-pressure button and adjust...
