This punch has been used in our family for many years. If we don't have it for every family gathering there are those who are disappointed. Very easy with just 4 ingredients, easy to transport and mix at distant locations, which I have done.

1 cup sugar
4 cups water
2 cups Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 46 oz. pineapple juice
1 2-liter bottle 7-up, Sprite or related soda
Dissolve sugar in water, cool. Add juices, then soda and ice just before serving. Makes about 20 servings.

1 T Dijon mustard
1 1/2 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
4 c cooked shredded chicken
4 c cooked long grain white rice
4 c frozen baby broccoli florets
2 c coarsely crushed Ritz crackers ( mixed with 2 T melted butter )
