Orange Banana Oat Smoothie

You can make your mornings easy by doing a little prep work the night before. Freeze the banana the night before and make the oatmeal. Do these couple of things and you can have breakfast in your hand and out the door in minutes!

2/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup prepared quick cooking oats
1/2 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 large banana, sliced and frozen
1 cup ice cubes
Combine the orange juice, oats, yogurt, flaxseed meal, honey, orange rind, banana and ice in a blender. Pulse to combine and process until smooth.
