1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined, washed clean
2 cups orange flesh
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup kiwi flesh, cut into small pieces.
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1-2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger

1 teaspoon minced ginger
Mix orange juice, green onion, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger, make into marinade.
Place shrimp in a bowl and pour marinade over them. Stir evenly until all shrimp are well coated. Refrigerate for about 4 hours.
Remove the shrimp, reserved marinade.
Heat oil in a big pot, saute the shrimp until 80% done, then pour marinade into the pot and saute another minute.
Turn off the heat. Turn shrimp out to dish, then add orange and kiwi flesh.
