Blonde brownies with golden Oreos, coconut, and butterscotch chips for an out of this world treat

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. shredded coconut
2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. chocolate chips
20 blonde oreos, broken into quarters
