Easy spice cake bars topped with pumpkin and Oreo cookies.

1 spice cake mix ( Duncan Hines 16.5 oz )
1 cup pumpkin puree ( divided )
1 egg
1 ( 8 ounce bag of mini Oreos )
1 ( 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk )
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup mini chocolate chips
