Overnight Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

I love the idea of an overnight breakfast! How nice is it to wake up to an amazing smelling house and knowing that you have a delicious breakfast waiting for you! So I decided to change up our recipe for Overnight Crock Pot Oatmeal to give it a different flavor – and honestly this tasted SO MUCH like pumpkin pie it was delish!

2 C pumpkin puree
1 Can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
2 C milk
1 1/4 C water
1/4 C sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 C steel cut oats (must be steel cut!)
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker Cook on low for 8-9 hours Refrigerate left overs
