We’re on another food experiment, friends! Back in 2010 we cut out the majority of processed foods from our diet. In 2011, we did away with most of our white sugar. In 2012, we committed to eat only locally raised organic meat & eggs whenever possible. And now we’re on to our next challenge: for the next month or so, we’re going paleo. One medium spaghetti squash
One pound of ground sausage (we used 1/2 pound beef, 1/2 pound pork)
One can of tomato sauce
4 to 6 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Crushed red pepper if you like it with a kick
