3 large sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp garlic paste

Cut sweet potatoes into large chunks.
In a large bowl, mix sweet potatoes with all ingredients. Pour into a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
