Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower

This is a delicious recipe for Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower smothered in real garlic cloves, mozzarella cheese, pepper, sea salt and parmesan cheese.

1 head of cauliflower
1 tsp Sea Salt - add more to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper - add more to taste
4 Tbsp EVOO
2 cloves of garlic - minced
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Line a large pan with parchment paper 3. Cut up cauliflower into bite-sized florets and mince garlic cloves 4. In a large bowl, place the cauliflower first, and everything else in once the cauliflower is in the bowl. 5. Use a spatula to make sure that the cauliflower is well coated 6. Place cauliflower on pan, drizzle a little bit more olive oil on top, as well as a handful of extra mozzarella cheese 7. Bake for 25-35 minutes
