Parmesan Garlic Pasta

Ever find the perfect recipe – one that tastes restaurant-made and makes you feel like a professional chef? If not, then you NEED to make this one! It was a very simple pasta recipe, but the taste was just perfection. My husband suggested it would also taste good with some marinated steak or chicken, so I may try that next time too!

2 tsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
3 cups chicken broth (I used chicken bullion cubes and 3 cups of water)
½ lb spaghetti or angel hair pasta
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or dried parsley)
