These parsnip and potato farl (potato pancakes/scones) are easy to make and wonderfully soft, comforting & tasty. A great snack, or part of breakfast/lunch.

10oz/280g potatoes
5oz/150g parsnips
1 3/4oz/50g unsalted butter
1/2 cup/70g all-purpose/plain flour
1/2tsp baking powder
