It seems to be one of those old fashioned recipes that has been around for ages and it was the go-to sandwich for parties and gatherings. My husband packs them in his lunch every year for hunting season. Just for the record, he buys the ingredients, makes them and eats them.

1 1/2 pounds bologna (do not get it sliced)
1 small onion
1 large stalk of celery
1 (8 ounce) jar of green olives stuff with pimento
1-3 Tbsp Miracle Whip

1-3 Tbsp Miracle Whip
Using a food grinder or food processor grind first four ingredients together until finely chopped/ground. Add Miracle Whip, one tablespoon at a time, until it is the consistency you desire.
