16 ounce rotini pasta
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
36 grape tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
1/3 cup chopped basil leaves
8 ounces block mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
Dressing
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
36 grape tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
1/3 cup chopped basil leaves

Dressing
