Pasta Pesto

8 ounces bow-ties pasta
1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
1 large clove garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions> combine basil< 3 tablespoons pine nuts and garlic in small food processor or blender container and pulse until chopped. With machine running, drizzle olive oil until blended. Spoon pesto mixture inta a large bowel, stir in cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add hot, drained pasta to bowel and toss to coat. Garnish with remaining pine nuts and additional grated or shredded cheese.
