Pasta with Goat Cheese & Capers

This recipe combines pasta and one of my favorites, goat cheese. This goat cheese is flavored with onion and garlic making this dish exceptionally tasty.

4 ounces pasta of your choice
3 Tablespoons (divided) + 1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon capers
crushed red pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon parsley
2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
4 ounces Drake Family Farm Garlic and Onion goat cheese
1/2 pound cooked pasta of your choice
salt and pepper to taste
