PASTA WITH SAUSAGE CREAM SAUCE
Delicious! Creamy! Flavorful! This recipe is from my mother and has been a family favorite forever! Whenever my family gets together, you can count on this meal being on the dinner table. Now that I have my own family, we love it just the same. Even my two year old loves it!

12 oz. uncooked pasta
8 oz. turkey sausage
6 oz. small fresh mushrooms, quartered (2 Cups)
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 T. dried basil
1/4 t. pepper
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen green peas, thawed
1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
8 oz. turkey sausage
6 oz. small fresh mushrooms, quartered (2 Cups)
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 T. dried basil
1/4 t. pepper
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen green peas, thawed
1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, brown sausage, remove. Add mushrooms to drippings. Cook 3-4 minutes, or until lightly browned. Sprinkle wor. sauce over mushrooms, then stir in evaporated milk. Bring to a simmer. Add basil and pepper. Simmer 3-4 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add peas and cooked sausage. Cook 1-2 minutes. To serve, in large bowl, toss pasta with sauce and cheese.
