his protein-packed Peach Almond Breakfast Quinoa is filled with hearty quinoa, fresh peaches, creamy almond milk, and just the right amount of spices!

2 cups Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almondmilk Original
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 peach, sliced
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 peach, sliced
Place cooked quinoa in two bowls. Set aside.
In a medium sauce pan, whisk together almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Heat until warm.
Pour mixture over the tops of quinoa.
