What is better than a fresh, homemade scone for breakfast? A homemade Peach and Raspberry Scone! Light, flaky, buttery and filled with fruit, these are the perfect start to your day!

1 stick cold, unsalted butter, cubed
2 and 1/2 cups plain flour
2tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
3tbsp caster sugar
1/2tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup frozen peaches (small cubes are best)
