A graham cracker crust topped with peaches, jello, and whipped cream.

For the crust:
2 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 cube butter
6 TB powdered sugar

For the filling:
2 TB cornstarch
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 oz. package Peach Jell-O
4 c. sliced peacheds (about 5 peaches)

For the Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
3 TB milk
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. whipped cream

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.
