Who doesn't love a smoothie? Perfect with fresh fruit or frozen. You can also add a little spinach to make it a green smoothie!

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 banana (frozen is best!)
1/8 cup orange juice concentrate
2 tsp honey
1 cup water
6-10 ice cubes
