The next time you know you have a busy morning coming up, throw a batch of overnight oats in the fridge and you'll have a delicious and filling breakfast ready for you when you wake up.

1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 banana
1/4 cup bluberries
2 tablespoons granola
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/3 cup almond milk

Mash the banana and blueberries together in a bowl until combined. Stir in the oats, almond milk and Greek yogurt.
Transfer to a jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
