Peanut Butter Cup Brownies with Peanut Butter Frosting

Perfectly moist and chewy chocolate brownies filled with chunks of peanut butter cups and topped with a smooth and creamy peanut butter frosting. Amazing!!

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. butter, melted (or 1 c. applesauce, for lighter brownies)
6 T. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 tsp vanilla
20 miniature peanut butter cup candies, quartered
For the Frosting:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 Tbsp milk
2 c. powdered sugar

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
