Pear & Walnut Waffles

The subtle taste of pears and walnuts adds a unique flavor to an ordinary waffle mix. This delicious waffle is good for you and tastes amazing!

2 cups flour
(I use oat flour, or a mix of all purpose flour and whole wheat flour)
1/4 cup ground flax
1/4 cup sugar (I use coconut sugar)
4 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla recommended)
2 cup milk (substitute soy or almond if needed)
1 cup finely diced pears
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
