Pecan Crusted Salmon

This is the recipe that converted my husband from a fish hater to a lover of fish. All my kids love it and request it for their birthday meals. It is sooo good!

4 medium salmon fillets
1-2 cups milk
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Soak salmon in milk at least 10 minutes. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients. Dip salmon in pecan mix, then brown all sides in a small amount of oil. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 for about 15 minutes...
