Pecan Ice Cream Balls

I was first introduced to Pecan balls at the Tic Tock Restaurant at Kaufmann’s Department store in Downtown Pittsburgh! My Grandma and I LOVED them! I remember when I still lived at home, my Mom would make them, so last summer I decided to try making them! They are a super easy to make and they taste Delish!!!

Carmel sauce
