Pecan Pie Bites - bite sized, quick & easy to make, & filled w/ a maple bourbon caramel. Chocolate chips are optional!

Caramel:
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup unsalted butter, cubed
¼ cup heavy whipping cream (or half and half)
½ tablespoon bourbon (can be replaced with vanilla - but omit extra ½ teaspoon of vanilla)
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup maple syrup
½ teaspoon salt
Pecan Pie Bites:
2 boxes frozen mini fillo shells (30 shells total)
About ½ cup pecan pieces
About ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Whipped cream/cool whip - optional, as topping
Caramel: Mix the brown sugar and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook while whisking gently for about 3 minutes, until it gets thicker.

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
