Pepper and Sausage

Instead of throwing another sausage on the grill, try serving them with veggies and making your life simpler by cooking it all in the crockpot!

6 italian sausage
1 green pepper
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 - 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 cups mixed yellow and orange peppers

Add all ingredients to crockpot.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve over hot noodles or fresh bread with mozzarella cheese.
