Pepper Jelly (Powdered Pectin)

A Sweet and spicy jelly that's perfect. This recipe uses powdered pectin in stead of liquid pectin.

1/2 cup jalapenos, seeds removed and finely diced
1/4 cup bell pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3 Tablespoon Powdered Pectin
3 cups sugar
