Peppermint Patty Gooey Cake Bars

Chocolate cake mix bars filled with Peppermint Patties and drizzled with sweetened condensed milk. They are absolutely delicious.

1 chocolate cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
24 small peppermint patties (11 oz. bag)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Combine the cake mix, butter, egg, and vanilla in a bowl and mix until crumbly. Press 1/2 the batter into a greased 8x8 pan. Unwrap the candies and lay on top of the cake dough. Press the rest of the cake...
