These brownies turn out box perfect every time. For the crackled top look whip your egg whites and fold into the batter!

? cup Dutch cocoa
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons boiling water
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped fine
½ cups plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 large eggs plus 2 large yolks
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2½ C. sugar
1¾ C. flour
¾ t. salt
