Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches with Provolone Cheese Sauce

A hearty sandwich with layers of beef steak, sauteed onions and peppers, and a creamy provolone sauce to hold it all together on a buttery, crusty bun!

2lb Beef Steak
8 Hoagie Rolls
1 large White Onion (medium sliced)
3 Bell Peppers (green or red / sliced)
1/2lb White American Cheese
4 medium slices Provolone Cheese
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons salted butter
