This Recipe is delicious and VERY frugal friendly. I am giving you a double recipe. I normally make 2 pounds worth and freeze the other pound in a freezer bag. Then I have another dinner ready that only needs to be heated through! If you only want to make one dinner just cut the recipe in half. You can serve this on any type of bun, but we really like them on hot dog buns (cheap!) and we eat them opened up with a fork. Delicious!

2 pounds ground turkey or ground beef (I used turkey)
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped (if you have an red bell peppers then use some of that too!)
1/2 cup A1 Sauce
1 1/2 cups beef stock (just water is fine too, if you don’t have any stock)
salt, garlic, and pepper to taste
sliced cheese (I prefer Provolone or Swiss for this)
