Easy to make, tasty, and best of all- it's good for you! Completely made in the microwave...doesn't get any better than that.

2 Acorn Squash, halved and seeded
8 Ounce Can Crushed Pineapple, Drained
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/4 Cup Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1/4 Cup Honey + 2 Tablespoons
1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
Ground Cinnamon for garnish
