Pizza Dough

This is some of the best home made pizza dough I have ever had. My entire family has been making it together for a while and it seems to taste a little better each time!
5
2 cups hot water
2 packages yeast
5 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 packages yeast
5 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Dissolve the yeast in hot water. Put flour into a bowl, add sugar, and salt. Mix in water/yeast and oil. Knead into a dough. Allow the dough to rise for at least 30 minutes. Once the dough has risen, remove it from the bowl and shape into a desired pizza size.
* This recipe can be cut in half and makes approximately four-five pizzas, depending on the size.*
The dough can be used to bake homemade pizzas in the oven or on the grill, both are wonderfully delicious!
