The best granita, made out of a not-so-usual fruit for this kind of dessert. But if you like plums, try it! You'll love this!

- 3 cups of ripe plums
- 1 cup of soy milk
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Blend all the ingredients together until you get a smooth puree. - Pour in a freezer-safe container and freeze completely. Take out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving to make scooping easier.
