The perfect healthy snack that will not only leave you satisfied, but also provide many healthy nutrients from the coconut and chia seeds. It's delicious!

12 oz. Greek yogurt
1 c. full fat coconut milk
1 1/2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. chia seeds
1 c. pomegranate seeds
In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and honey. Stir until well combined. Add chia seeds and mix well once more. Cover with plastic wrap. and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set....
