Pork liver with wine and leek

pork liver about 1 kg.
3 leeks
2 onions
2-3 tablespoons tomato concentrate
1/2 cup wine
1/2 cup cooking oil
salt
Cut the liver into pieces and soak in water for about 20-30 minutes Put it in a baking dish in the oven, sprinkle it with oil and bake. Leeks and chopped onion heads. Add wine and tomato concentrate. Bake until tender, stirring. Season with salt.
