This Pork dish is tenderized with apples and just a touch sweet yet very tasty. It works with sides of steamed broccoli and corn, wild rice or bulger, or cold apple and pear wedges.

3 pork tenderloins
1 large apple (any kind should do)
cranberry-grape juice (to cover pan bottom; Welch's works well)
cinnamon to taste
ground cloves to taste
