This hearty vegetarian burger gives you all the protein & flavor you need!

1 large bunch of kale
1 tsp sea salt
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 large tomato
1 portobello mushroom
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Black pepper to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
4 hamburger buns
Choice of preferred toppings
