This is a great twist for the classic quesadilla. It is very flavorful and because of all the add-in's it is a filling and substantial meal!

1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup water
2 TBS butter
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 TBS chili powder
1 can black beans
1 cup turkey pieces
