4 small baking potatoes (diced into 1/2" pieces)

2 chicken or pork sausage links (sliced into 1/2" slices)
1/2 medium onion (sliced into 1/4" slices)
1 clove garlic (pressed or minced)
1 head swiss chard (washed, stems removed, chopped into bite size pieces)
SAUCE
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons spicy brown or dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
dash hot sauce
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
