Just four ingredients make this wonderfully warm and comforting side dish - or it can be a great main dish for my vegetarian friends!

½ a package of frozen Southern Hash browns
½ each red, orange and yellow bell pepper chopped even size.

3 Green Onions chopped

4 Tablespoons olive oil (more if needed)
