Prawns-1/2 kg
Onion-4-5 medium sized( chopped h
Tomatoes-2 big ( chopped )
Green chillies-3-4 ( cut to half )
Ginger – Garlic paste-1 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves-a small bunch
Oil-1/2 cup
Chilly powder-1/2 spoon
Kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 spoon
Coriander leaves-a small bunch ( finely chopped)

For marinating prawns:

Red chilly powder-2 spoon
Vinegar-3-5 spoons
Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 spoon
Turmeric powder-1 spoon
Kashmiri chilly powder-2 spoon
Salt-as per needed
The first step is to make the marinade with the above listed items together to a thick smooth paste..Then apply this marinade to the prawns and keep it aside for at least half an hour .. Or more!!
