Protein Power Bites

Quick homemade energy bites with extra protein

1 cup Oatmeal
½ cup coconut
½ cup peanut or almond butter
½ cup honey
½ cup raisins
½ cup walnuts
¼ cup sesame seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp. chia seeds(optional)
For extra protein add ? cup skim milk powder
1.Stir all ingredients in a bowl and chill for a hour. Roll into bite size balls or desired size.
