Pumpkin Bundt Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Glaze

My Pumpkin Bundt Cake is soft, sweet and spicy. Filled with a whole can of pumpkin and topped with a creamy cinnamon cream cheese glaze, it’s simply sublime!

For the pumpkin bundt cake:
1 cup vegetable/sunflower oil
3 large eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
1 and ½ cups caster sugar
2 and ½ cups plain flour
2tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
2tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground nutmeg
1tsp ground ginger
¾tsp ground cloves
One 15oz can of pumpkin purée (not pie filling)
For the cinnamon cream cheese glaze:
4oz full fat cream cheese, at room temperature
2tbsp milk
½tsp vanilla extract
¾tsp ground cinnamon
1 and ½ cups icing sugar, sifted
